Adja African Hair Braiding

They did such an amazing job with my 10 year old niece. Her hair has never looked better! The owner Adja was quick to help and made the experience even better for us.

I noticed Adja (owner) is rude if you don’t get hairstyles that costs a lot of money however she’s all smiles if you get a pricey style SHES FAKE. I can’t sit long so I love to rock Jumbo box or cornrows. After many visits I started to feel uncomfortable. When you walk in they all just stare and barely say hello. I found better braiders and good customer service elsewhere. This business would never get a referral or service from me.

I usually do not review places but this was the worst braiding experience I have ever experienced (I would give 0 stars if I could). The owner is very snappy and rude to customers. Came in with certain hair for french curl braids that I wanted and was immediately met with rude comments. Constantly treats customers as if they're a burden/beneath her when the customers are the ones building her business. The reviews about her horrible attitude/customer service are definitely accurate. Overall 0/10 experience and definitely will not be stepping foot in her shop again.

My girlfriend got box braids before for $220 and this time she wanted just a few inches of braids and they wanted the same price for a third of the work and time? Outrageous

Decided to go here for my first braids in a long time. A very relaxed home-like environment. Showed the lady a quick picture of what I wanted and provided the exact braid. They are very tight and clean, would recommend to any male thinking about braid patterns specifically cornrows braid patterns. Also was very pleased with the time she finished them.
