Worst Experience EVER! I wish I would have looked at the back of my hair before leaving the shop. When I finally saw my kids the next morning they could not believe I went to the shop. My hair was flaky and white indicating too much product. And the braids are HUGE. When I asked Adja for a refund she said she does not do refunds. I had a wedding to go to the very next day and my hair was ruined. She offered to re-do the style but why would I ever let you put your hands in my head again after you ruined an important day for me and offered no compensation whatsoever. DO NOT SUPPORT THIS SHOP. SHE IS MONEY HUNGRY AND DOES NOT CARE ABOUT THE QUALITY OF HER WORK!

This business is terrible I 1000% do not recommend. One of the braiding ladies failed to cover my natural hair with the braiding hair so my braids won’t even last for 1 week. The ends were unraveling and the size is not what I asked for. She put the braiding jam on my scalp and not on my hair… also they think people in America don’t speak French but I do and I know she did not want to be there braiding my hair…. when I made it known I understand they started to speak in their native language. The owner tried to say they were fine and while they were examining my head They were holding my braids and moving me around in the chair so obviously it hurt because they pulling them. They’re such great people. Third time I’ve been there and there’s only ever been 1 good experience with them. But I got these braids done 3 days ago..it shouldn’t look this old already. I will no longer coming back here

They quoted $180 for my style. Every shop known to man has the hair included. I was told I had to purchase my hair additional across the street. The job was definitely overpriced! Then I was told it would be 4 hours and ended up being 6! Not to mention my hair looked nothing like the photo I presented! Not very happy. I will not return nor recommend! My hair style should have cost no more than $140
