I had a phenomenal experience at Adora K Beauty. I came in specifically looking for Korean sunscreen. I’m 49 and have been using the same products for the past five years, trying to both protect my skin from increasing sun exposure and reverse existing damage. I was helped by Chanty, who was incredibly knowledgeable, enthusiastic, and attentive. She didn’t just point me to popular products—she listened to what my skin actually needed and made thoughtful, specific recommendations. What stood out most was watching her assist other customers as well. She wasn’t giving everyone the same routine or pushing identical products. The store is located inside Lotte Market and has 2 spaces. In the first one, we were very well attended to. We tried some products, but unfortunately most of the products were not to our shade. In the store that is further back and is larger, we were not well attended to. When we asked about some products, the attendant was very arrogant in her answers and clearly showed that she was not interested in serving us. There are several K-beauty products, but due to the popularity of some, it was impossible to find them.

I got super excited to find this store in Orlando! Very friendly staff and a great selection of Korean beauty products. Now I don’t have to go to LA or wait for unverified packages from other sellers. The prices are reasonable too. Great Location and Good products!!

I absolutely adore Adora. I always visit here when I am out of my favorite sunscreen or any skincare. The staff are always super nice and especially the owners. They are super helpful in trying to find the right products for you and always provide samples to try. The prices are affordable depending on what you want. They provide more high end products too but I tend to lean towards a middle range. The prices are decent compared to online if you count in shipping.
