I came here on Christmas Eve to get small poatic justice braides she gave me box braides which wasn't a problem until I got home and took time out to look at my braids because it's been about 2 years since I sat and took time out for my self to get braides the braides in the back were bra length but the ones in the front and sides were thigh length the cut was choppy and very noticeable today I see that hair around the back of my hair is left out which is goina cause my hair to look old quick I went back To have it fixed to have hair added so the briades are all 1 length and I argued with the manger for 20 minutes as she just wanted to braid the braides all the way down and cut them. When hair needed to be added the hair added is noticeable looks like she tied it on and then braided it

I’ve been coming here for almost 3years, every time I get a different experience. The woman are polite, but when I come here I feel like I have to pay a pimp, she’s majoring you pay as soon as you sit down. . To pay a full price before service is outrageous, if you don’t like your results they won’t fix it. Than they are so rough, they will rip your hair out

I called this past Monday for an appointment, 15 minutes later I received a call back. Went in yesterday to get long small knotless braids. Customer service was excellent, quality of work is superior. Getting braids is expensive so if you want braids and want them done right go here. My braids are beautiful! Thanks again!

I called here on a Sunday to make an appt for a Wednesday , she called me back to tell me come at a later time . Which was fine . I got there 9:51 appt was for 10 . The young lady who was completing the service was about 35 -40 mins late . The manager I’m guessing prep the hair for her . She took about 3 hours to do $200.00 worth of braids . My hair look good . She was a little rough on my head but others than that everything was okay . You have to sign a contract and pay first . Very professional❤️❤️❤️❤️. Update : can’t get a braided . They need to put No walk ins . I been trying for three weeks . she keep telling me that image have no braided

I literally called & was able to walk in and get serviced right away. All the ladies were friendly. My braids are neat & the perfect length. Well worth the price.
