Great Services! I am satisfied everytime I get out the seat🤗 and so are my girls. I have been a regular customer for almost a year now. My girls & I have naturally thick & curly hair so it's a plus for being braided right & to where it can hold in place; Brenda does that!👏🏾

Will never take my girls here again..didn't have any idea you have to blow dry your own hair to receive service and the way I was approached about not being able to blow dry my kids hair. She followed us outside to tell me about what her sister told her about me not blow drying their hair and I told her I wasn't able because of my arm but I did made an effort..I told her they will never come back again. I only took my kids here because the place I go to get my hair braided was booked and it was a last minute decision.

This place is the WORST!!!!! From the dead bug on the floor and unprofessional and rude staff I’m just done! I showed her a picture and she did what she wanted to. I was there for close to 4 hours, it only took her about 30-45 minutes to braid my hair. I will definitely not be returning to patronize this business. I will drive 2 and a half hours to Charlotte to get quality service.
