Came got my hair done by Ms.Sylvia for the first time, and I love it very friendly. I’m very tender headed she was the first person that did my hair with no problem. I will definitely come back!!! Her prices lone are reasonable…

If I could rate this less than 1 star, I would. Going to this place was one of the worst experiences I ever had personally. They were over an hour late, the shop owner kept saying she was on her way and stuck in traffic but had called me at 8:30am morning of, to confirm my appointment for 9am. At 9am she said she was 10 minutes away. My hair didn’t start getting worked on until like 1.75 hrs AFTER my scheduled appointment. The girl who did my hair was sweet but she should not be doing anyone’s hair for pay until she practices more. The parts on my scalp were terrible towards the front. That’s where I needed them to be fresh the most and they were crooked and all over the place. The actual braids were not the regular box braids I requested. The woman that was doing my hair was drinking while my back was turned. She wasn't even the one that was supposed to do my hair. A few days later braids coming up in back. Went back to shop to get it fixed they kept giving me the run around. Horrible service will never return. Wish I could give a zero.
