Booking the appointment was kinda annoying and took several days of texting back & forth (their preferred method of booking). Also they took about 6 hours to do bra strap length boho however, my moms hair turned out so good!!!!!

I was welcomed as a walk in. originally this address was given to me from a Facebook market scam and after arriving for the scam appointment, Anna and her team very politely informed me that her business has been used for that scam before and immediately apologized. She then asked me what I was wanting to do with my hair and scheduled me into her already super busy day. I am beyond grateful for how they treated me and how GORGEOUS my bohemian box braids looked 😭🩷🩷🩷🩷🩷🩷🩷 Obviously I'm coming back to get them done again✨️ THANK YOU ANNA+Team!

Very unprofessional... I sent pic of my hair. And we texted back and forth.. got to appointment day. NO RESPONSE.. still till this day don't understand what happened.. maybe because I don't have much hair,but enough to braid. Stay energized

Anna is the absolute best. I have never met anyone who is more sincere, honest, and caring. She does amazing work, and to be honest, in my opinion she is the best. What many have said is true. She does everything she can to accommodate you.(She fills up fast) I remember I needed my hair done last minute for a anniversary photo shoot and she found a way to fit me in. Not only is she very professional; she is also nurturing,... a kind spirit with a loving motherly soul. She is the only one I will ever trust to do my hair because her work is just that good.
