These ladies where really fun. One lady braided the other chatted. They speak french, as do I. So it was nice getting my hair done and talking. I was able to get my hair done last min. They squeezed me in. They are reasonably priced. I was quoted all kinds of numbers by 2 different woman. (that part I didn’t liked) In the end I ended up paying 200 flat fee after 5-5.5 hours of braiding. I think the woman that braided my hair, braided a little too tight at my edges but I can work with her to get it less tight. Overall, enjoyed my experience. Ill go back for box braids probably next

5.17.21 This was my first visit to this shop for box braids. I do not know the name of the hairstylist, but she did a fantastic professional job. I love the care she took with my hair and she stay until the job was done. I would like to give the shop 5 stars but: 1) I waited an hour because the hairstylist/owner/scheduler was late, 2) I was was given a phone quote of $160 and up. I paid $200 which is not bad! 3) There is a $20 coupon for making Monday or Wednesday appointments which was not honored. I was told the coupon is based on the length of the hair, which is not spelled out on the website. I'm a business woman too, and if I have a coupon on my website I would honor it no matter what. 4) I think things could be a little cleaner, especially first thing Monday morning. I did spe

Service was great! I was an hour late for my appointment, however, Aisha was still able to sit me within 15min of my arrival. Typically it takes braiders over 10 hours to do my hair, Aisha was able to complete my knotless braids in 5. Towards the end it was another sweet young lady to assist with completing the braiding. Overall service was great! My only feedback; it would be very beneficial to have a card machine. 😉 I will be returning!

I went in last week for mid back, medium knotless braids. I ended up with long, smedium if you ask me which is what most women want anyways. Just to differentiate what I wanted vs what I got in case the price isn’t spot on but I love the way they came out. They will last just as long as the box braids if not longer because I like the natural new growth look with beads. (2 in one hairstyle if you ask me 💇🏾‍♀️💁🏾‍♀️) The hair was provided. It cost $200 amounting to $230 after tip. I was told that a hair wash was an extra $10 which was fair. I still washed my hair myself because I had the time to do so. I will never go anywhere else to braid my hair. I love all these ladies. Just got my hair done yesterday and slept like a baby. My hair wasn’t tight at all and I always get compliments on my braids. I recommend this shop if you want to feel like family and not just a customer. They treat you like they knew you forever. Since it’s a small shop they move fast and you’re not there all day. I missed them during this pandemic so glad they’re back working.
