African Hair Master Braiding

I had the worst experience today. I was there 8hrs. The new girls in there can’t braid that good my hair was horrible 😡😡 Then when I told the manager about it she told me it’s nothing she can do and cut the braids out of my head with a bad attitude. I asked for a full bob with light boho hair and a full braids. And when I said I didn’t like them the manager was very rude. Ask me what I want her to do because she didn’t have time to cut the boho hair out. I been goin to them for over 10 years. This was the worst experience of All. I would like to talk to the Owner of the shop because the manager was Very Unprofessional. That’s how she cut the braids out after I spent $49.99 on the Boho. I’m so Mad 😡

Please do not come here if you have anything else planned for the day. They are extremely slow and have no sense of urgency. I arrived at 8:30 AM, but they didn’t even start on my hair until about 9:30. When I asked to change the size because I realized it was going to take forever, the stylist in the other chair yelled, “It’s still going to be $340.” The price wasn’t my issue — today is my birthday, and I had other appointments scheduled that I missed completely because I was stuck here all day. The lack of professionalism and time management is absolutely unacceptable. The service does not match the high price at all. I will NEVER return, and I strongly recommend going elsewhere.

I had a very disappointing experience at African Master Hair Braiding Salon. I was told to come in at 1:00 PM, arrived early at 12:15, and ended up waiting until 6:00 PM just to get in the chair. When someone finally became available, she clearly had an attitude, complained in her language about the style and length I wanted, and even argued with co-workers before sitting behind me as if to say, “I’m not doing it.” Another braider came down to ask if I was sure about the length because of the time it would take. I explained I had already been waiting since noon, but instead of professionalism, I got excuses and frustration. Meanwhile this is the same style i discussed before even arriving!! If I could not leave any star's I would. Save yourself the time, aggravation and money! A week and a half ago I went to this salon to have my hair braided. I went a few days before and spoke with the manager and ask for a price on Micro braids with human hair. She informed me they had a blend of human and synthetic hair or I could bring my own. I opted to bring my own hair. Mind you the hair I bought was 18 inch long and I had four packs of hair. I stressed to both stylists I wanted my hair to be extremely full and I didn't mind paying extra. They told me not to worry It would be. (They only used 1.5 packs of hair) Being a stylists of 12 years I could tell from the way my hair was being done it wasn't going to be right.
