Went to get my hair braided yesterday and not only did she do a fantastic job she washed my hair like grandma use to. I will be going back there. Thank you

Katie braided the box braids into my hair. 2 or 3 packs of extentions that went down to my waist. Took over 7 hours (I took cigarette and bathroom breaks) and she used brown, black and blonde hair on me. The final results were immaculate and stunning. Going back when I need to for more. I found the situation odd when I called here through my sign language interpreter. The person just said “hello” and then hung up the phone. It felt pretty rude, and I was surprised because I’ve never experienced this before. Your job is to support communication with clients, not to hang up the phone for no reason and not give them a chance to talk.

Keke was incredibly friendly. I requested waist length “boho knotless,” and what I received was far superior. The braids were neatly arranged. The boho knotless was beautifully done, with the human hair added at the very end of each braid to ensure all the tips were curled. The only downside I can think of is that considering the time and money invested in getting my hair done, it would be nice to have access to water or something similar.
