African Nubian Queens Hair Braiding

I been waiting almost five hours to get my hair done my daughter and I had appointments for 12 pm today. I never waited this long before used to be prompt and respectful. It's crowded but they could of started it others hair they have started at least but taking all day to finish trying to cram us all in I'm just kept saying they coming to me . Don't come here go across the street I been there before they cheaper.

I absolutely loved my experience here! The staff was so nice and had such positive energy, the shop was very well kept. I love My hair it is so neat and I’ve received so many compliments already. I brought some human hair bundles for my boho knotless and had them added and it came out exactly how I envisioned

This shop was recommended and I am not disappointed! I called originally for a Monday appointment, changed my mind and wanted to come in sooner. They were more than accommodating. Very professional, gentle hands, quick service and affordable! I definitely will be back!

If I could leave zero stars I would. Very unprofessional. Called to book a next day evening appointment, everything went smoothly I was told to call and confirm. The day of my appointment I called and confirmed 4 hours prior, I even texted and we were good. I get there not only did they try to upcharge me an extra $100 but to top it off there are 3 braiders with 1 client yet I was refused service and they were “closed”. Highly would NOT recommend.

The owner, and customers are very rude. They were very nasty spoke in their native language while your trying to talk to them and then just ignored me as though I wasnt there stopped talking to me and started back braiding hair. I just walked out. They will never get my money.
