They didn’t retwist my hair right my hair looked better before they touched it mind you I been there before and it was done right ever body work there is not professional and o went to another shop where I was told it wasn’t done correctly today I booked a appointment at locks&fades she said it wasn’t done correctly and I have to pay to get them retwisted when I texted her a ghost just took my money she was like your hair wasn’t done right when they the ones who start them then Said 400 dollars to fix them I recommend locks & fades

I LOVE my braids!!!! I went when I got off work at 5pm and I have alot of thick long hair. The employees is very nice. I went in to get medium knotless box braids. The owner and Ms. Kadijet work on my hair and they was really good. It wasn't too tight where I couldn't take 2 people working in my head at the sametime. I literally was done in 3.5 hours. The price was good for the length and size I got. I would definitely go back. Thanks ladies!

I went to this salon to get small kinky twists and showed the stylist a picture of the size and length I wanted—long and uniform. However, she instructed the braiders to make them shoulder-length instead. Throughout the process, she was speaking in her dialect, seemingly giving them different directions. When I got home and looked in the mirror, I noticed that my twists were uneven—the back was significantly shorter than the front. I reached out to her, and she initially told me to come back to the shop to fix the issue. However, when I followed up and let her know when I could come, she told me it wasn’t a good time. Even if u make appointment u will Not be seen at that time. They schedule several people for the same appointment, be ready to fight. If you make it to a chair just say bye bye edges. They will rip and pull ur hair, all kids will b n pain and cry. I cringed watching a child get her hair done. They very Rude, Arrogant and disrespectful. Spend your money where u r valued and ur hair is cared for properly.

Horrible experience I didn’t get what I asked for my braids are crooked the old lady was so Rough with my hair and rude I payed 90 dollars on some that looks like shit I will not be going back here DO NOT RECOMMEND
