I decided last minute that I wanted to get my hair done as a stylist myself I never have time for my hair but today I wasn’t playing I found this shop on Instagram after seeing a few good reviews. I called, and the owner Jess answered right away — she was very polite and told me I could come in as a walk-in the same day. I arrived around 1:00 PM and left around 5 PM, which was super fast for the style I got plus I got a big head lol The two ladies who braided my hair Kettly and Johanne were so nice and made me feel comfortable the whole time. My hair came out really neat, clean, and beautifully done I got medium boho Knotless. The service was professional, the atmosphere was welcoming, clean and overall I had a good experience. Stay away from this shop. Over crowded, and filthy. The shampoo bowl was full of other people hair, they don’t clean after themselves. I came in as a walkins and my braids is a hot mess. Don’t believe what you see on their instagram!!! Edited: I never yelled at anyone at your salon, I came with the intention of getting my hair done peacefully. In fact, You as the owner was rude to your braiders, which is unacceptable and it says a lot about your work ethics. Please prioritize cleaning your environment on a regular basis. Your shop is filthy!!!!

This salon is a complete embarrassment. The staff assumed I did not understand French and felt comfortable talking badly about me and the other clients while I was sitting right there. That level of disrespect is disgusting and shows exactly how low their standards are. Hiding behind another language to insult a paying customer is cowardly and shameful. If you value dignity, respect, and basic human decency, stay far away from this place. If this is how they treat clients when they think no one understands them, imagine what happens behind closed doors. I will never return and I strongly advise others to avoid this salon.

I love my new hairstyle, Jess is the best hairstylist. Since 2021, she is the only one to do my hair. ladies come to Jess salon and you will not be disappointed because she will make you feel amazing and beautiful. I love her so much because she knows how to welcome people❤️

The communication with this shop is extremely bad. The shop advertises walk-ins only, but whenever I walk in the lady who does the style I asked for is only there on certain days. So I waste my time coming all the way up to the shop just to be told to come the next day. I called and texted to see if she will be there tomorrow for confirmation because I already wasted my time before. The message was read, but they didn’t reply. Please go to any other shop but this one, other shops will at least reply.
