The estheticians are super sweet BUT!!!!!!! - BEWARE!!!!! Cool sculpting is a medical procedure that is a treatment not allowed to be done without A LICENSED PHYSICIAN supervising - they do not have a Dr on staff and are taking your money illegally. I’m under weight and bmi of 17. I am medically not eligible for this treatment and I paid 2200 for skin tightening and they preformed cool sculpting- IT IS NOT APPROPRIATE for someone under weight. They refused to refund my money when I told the owner Val that is not a treatment approved. DO NOT LET THEM PERFORM COOL SCULPTING ON YOU UNLESS THERE IS A DOCTOR IN THE ROOM. I had just the best experience here with Lexi & Erica. They both were beyond knowledgeable and so incredibly friendly. Lexi said she’d take an inch off of my waist and that she did! 1.5 inches, actually, in one session! Everything was explained in great detail so I knew what the process would be and I absolutely love my results already. I can’t wait to continue working with these two!

I had a great experience! Clio was wonderful, the treatment was fantastic, I had better than expected results and I can’t wait to go back. I don’t know the man’s name but he was so nice and he and the staff made it a perfect experience. I have been to several of the area spas and I have worked in one as well and I was very impressed! My appointment was canceled and move due to an unexpected scheduling through email on the same day that I was supposed to go. They’ve didn’t give me a new schedule and time to come either. All I got from the email was told that my appointment was moved. I was left with no response and felt ghosted by them after trying to reach them by phone and email and text for two days straight with no reply and response from them. I felt disappointed after hearing good reviews and was recommended by my sister in law. They have zero customer service and lack customer service care. All I want is my refund back and will go somewhere else that will treat their customers better.

I came in for a Hydrolift facial and had a mixed experience. The initial confirmation text didn’t include the appointment time, which caused some confusion until a follow-up email clarified it the night before the appointment. Subrina was wonderful—warm, welcoming, very kind, and explained everything well. I really appreciated that. However, the specialist who performed my facial felt noticeably disengaged from the start. I understand everyone has off days, but as a first-time client, the lack of warmth and friendliness made the experience feel less relaxing than I hoped for in a spa setting.
