Worst pedicure of my life!!! Not sure where these good reviews come from. The woman doing my pedicure was completely UNTRAINED! It started out with a foot soak in ice cold water on a freezing cold day. I could not communicate with her and had to ask for everything I wanted or that was needed (the basics) multiple times only to be completely ignored!. She couldn't file, spent about one minute on the soles of my feet, no massage whatsoever even though I asked and was willing to pay for extra time! Felt like I might be being punked as if this was a JOKE!! So bad I was charged for a full pedicure when it was nothing more than a change of polish!!! There are so many nail salons in Williamsburg. Do not go here! Services are AWFUL, they act indifferent, like they can't understand you!! Shame on

I have been going to this place for years and unfortunately the quality of service has changed. :/ got a gel manicure Monday and it was peeling off by Friday. Called and the owner argued that Gel manicures only last a week? I’ve never had a gel manicure last only 5 days. Unfortunately after years of coming here, the lack of transparency and the owners combativeness was unacceptable. Although she was willing to re-do them. I will be going elsewhere. She said gel manicures only lasted a week on the phone, and three weeks in person. If gel manicures last a week shouldn’t I just get a regular one since they apparently last a week as well. Very disappointed, had all of my services done there. (7 out of the 10 are peeling.) -was able to peel them clean off by Saturday-

I'm a tourist here, and I just randomly picked a shop on the map. I'm very satisfied with the results.

UPDATE: My girl Amy is getting busy so make sure to book an appointment! She’s still the best to do it 💅🏼 My hidden gem! I’ve moved to WV since I first found this salon but will still make the trek to get my nails done by Amy. She is absolutely amazing! My gel looks perfect everytime & will stay on perfectly even as my nails grow out. It’s incredible & really worth my travel time. You also can’t beat the prices. Love them here! Sophia does a great job hiring skilled technicians

Great prices and really amazing service! I walked in with no appointment and was seen right away. My nail tech was incredible, so nice and did such an amazing job. 10/10
