I don't think ill be returning. I brought my own products to use on my hair Shampoo and Conditioner products that my hair is used too. The shampoo lady used their shampoo first then used mine. It was too late once I realized. My scalp had a tingling sensation. I asked about it then she showed me my bottle. Once completely washed I checked my bottle of brand new shampoo bearly used. Now I have what ever chemical that they use to enhance their shampoo to make your hair silky. My scalp is itching. Money wasted and have to get my hair redone. Not right. Customers should be aware of what they hair is being washed with. Went threw the whole process of wash blow dry and press. At home with a itching scalp now I have to rewash my hair. Should have don't it in the first place

Salon was not Sanitary. Lady who was shampooing my hair left hair from previous client in the sink. She did not wipe down the chair before I sat down. She was yanking my hair every which way. There was no trace of sanitizer anywhere in the salon. My neck was drenched. All things that do not follow state board. Do better. The person who blow dried my hair was great though. If I wasn’t so irritated about my wash experience I would’ve gave her a tip.

Best salon Uptown!!! My hair is always beautiful!!! The hair salon is comfortable, it’s always a good atmosphere, music playing, woman chatting. Luckily for me it’s walking distance from my home…

Formerly known as Jinette’s Dominican Beauty Salon. They do not clean/sanitize the wash bowl in between clients. Hair still in the combs, bowl still has another clients hair in the drain. The “hairdresser” use old brushes again with other people hair in it. All they know is heat, heat and more heat. The owner and or receptionists (Aliany) lady is rude all the time. She only does people of her backgrounds hair. She thinks you owe her something when you visit her establish. No greeting not even a simple, “Hi, sign-in”. She doesn’t want you to pay with a card and not cash… don’t want to report it to Uncle Sam. Cheap=yes. Sanitary= not at all.

I absolutely 💯 love it here they are so fast and efficient. My hair is still holding Curls from two weeks ago with no extra heat from home. It's been raining & everything my hair is still gorgeous!
