I brought my daughter here for Christmas to have her hair done. My daughter worked with JC and she's a sweet lady. If I could review her on her personality shes a 5/5. But unfortunately, the work she did looks like trash. A solid 1/5. When I dropped her off, I stayed to introduce them and help my daughter explain what she wants, she's 16 but quiet and shy. JC herself told me that she could do it and she also told me it would be covered with the 300 gift certificate that my husband and I got her for Christmas. I didn't want to embarrass my daughter when I picked her up but it's patchy and not what she wanted at all. I was shocked when JC told me this was 300 dollars. I called in to have them fix my hair that some other salon messed up on and I wanted my hair colored so I got in the next day. JC was really nice. I did not like the color so I had to go back the second time same day, and I still do not like it. She added more black. I cried. I just don’t like it too much black I totally will not be back. when I went back the second time, Kate, I think she was the receptionist came into where I was sitting and told me that I am the one that has to wear it. I've been coming here for a very long time about over a decade. I like to see glen. He is a gentleman and we get along so well and have great conversation about our religion. That's what we have in common so it's always great conversation. He always listens to what I want exactly. And I leave very happy.

I really loved it! I had Laurie cut my hair and she chopped off almost a foot. My hair felt and looked so much better after! She was also really sweet and made me feel like I should trust her. I really did! I love me new hair!

My wife and I came in on a special mission. A friend of ours celebrating her birthday of all the things she wanted for her birthday, wanted to come to this place and have her hair done. For a man I find that very peculiar when you have carte blanche on the birthday but after visiting the place and meeting the people, why wouldn't you want to get your hair done here? We were interested in purchasing a gift certificate. Ms JC was more than helpful. She was overly accommodating and helpful and explained the whole process of her salon. A magnificent place, high ceilings, and a joyful atmosphere throughout. We did not hesitate in purchasing a full visit gift certificate for our friend. I fully understand why my friend wanted to come here. It's a wonderful place.
