Sophia did an amazing job with my hair. She was very friendly and ensured my hair came out exactly as I wanted it to. My only issues with my visit today were with the lady at the front desk. While everyone was pleasant when I walked in, I feel as though I was blamed for their oversight. I booked a 45 minute blowout and without calling to ask or confirming my hair length they changed my appointment to a 30 minute blowout because I was “new”. In total my hair took an hour and I paid for the time and apologized for any confusion. However having to move clients around due to an oversight on their end should not be blamed back on the customer. Had this exchange not happened at the end, I would’ve give this experience 5 stars.

I came today after getting my hair done yesterday for wedding events I am attending. This morning the woman doing my hair was more than ten minutes late and spent less than 25 minutes working on my hair. She said I should trust her that it would turn out well. It did not. The front part of my hair is not curled like the curls in the back and it is rather frizzy. It is disappointing that the appointment cost 60 US American dollars. The whole place is a rip off and a scam. It’s unfortunate that my hair turned out so bad. Buyer beware do not come here.

Kindness and communication go a long way. I arrived 15 mins early for an appointment. I had my book and was ready to sit down and wait. When I checked in, the woman told me the stylist had just started another client and would be late. I could leave and come back or sit down. She was short, unfriendly, and was speaking to me as this issue was my fault. When I asked her how long, she said at least 10 mins, and "again" I could leave and come back. I mentioned I needed to be someone where at a certain time, her response was just "ok" rudely as she continued to look at me like this was my fault. She never once apologized for the situation and when I pointed that out, she became defensive. I opted to cancel my appointment. Thankfully there are 2 other blow out bars within 2.5 miles of them. Airbar saved the day! Our wedding hair and makeup artist canceled on the day of the event. In a panic we were fortunate to book updos with Yamari and Angel. They both did an incredible job recreating the pictures we provided. They were both so friendly, creative and gentle. Their styles lasted all night and were easy to take out. Highly recommend!

We came from Ohio to celebrate a wedding. Three of us needed to get our hair done. We scheduled in advance and three stylists were ready for us when we got there. I got an updo and the other two girls got a blowout and style. We looked amazing!
