Although she doesn’t understand English fully I always know she’s going to make sure my hair looks great, as for the guy saying ‘she’s rude’ maybe don’t try to make an appointment last minute 🤨, I have been going to her for years and I asked to her about it and she said how it really hurt her emotionally because that’s never her intention, don’t leave bad reviews unless you actually have an experience, let’s do better.
Horrible customer service. Couldn't even talk about what I needed without her cutting me off and being rude. Funky attitudes don't need to be doing services for people.
She did my hair very nice, I am very tender headed but when she did it, it didn’t hurt, 10/10 best in Jacksonville!
Amazing job very professional and always slays mine and my daughters hair
