Got a pedicure here for the first time. I have never flinched so much during a pedi. The nail tech (Mai) was very aggressive with the cuticle clippers and cut me both sides on almost every single toe to the point that I was bleeding. One was so bad she had to put a powder on it to get it to stop. I had told her it hurt several times and she sweetly apologized but continued to cut away. I slathered my toes in antibiotic ointment this morning hoping I don't end up with anything infected. She also left some of the old nail polish on one of my toes and didn't wipe with remover before starting to paint them. The owner (Monica) asked how it was at the end and I told her that the lady cut me and showed her. She said she would talk to her and gave me a $15 gift certificate to return. I'll let my h
Went and got a pedicure and an acrylic set it's been exactly a week and the nails are cracking, popping off, and chipping. I wanted all acrylic they did gel over it and it's now coming off. This set was $77 they did not tell me how much it would cost. They also only offer one pedicure that it $45 with nothing special like hot rocks or anything. Also while I was in there they had a lady come in from two ish days before and they had pulled a hang mail which cosmetologist should not be doing and it was infected and she was limping and they said it was normal. These were my birthday nails and they are so messed up. Definitely don't recommend this place.
My nails came out nice, but at the cost of getting cut a few times by the nail tech. She was nice but a little too aggressive when working on my nails. This, resulting in cuts in both my pinky’s and thumb nail. Lastly, the place as a whole wasn’t super cleanly. Not the worst experience I had, but have to be careful. If they cut you, it can lead to infections if their tools are not properly clean.
Ada did a fantastic job with my dip nails. She took her time and really tried to get the design right. She also made my nails look less bulky which seems to be a challenge for other nail salons. Highly recommend this place.
my roommate and I went to get our nails done here for my birthday and it was a very pleasant experience! Monica was super sweet and friendly and she did my nails exactly like I wanted! I will definitely be coming back ❤️
