Filling was rushed toes was also rushed I never had such experience with GEL POLISH MY NAIL CHIPPED HORRIBLY. He didn't remove all of the last polish from my toes which was blue. I did message him about it he was in Awe but the times he was able to fix, I wasn't available but when I was available he should have been also but My lost won't be returning. I got upset an break all of the blue off blue. Can't make this up

Alan’s Nails is one of the best kept secrets in Citadel Mall. I’ve gotten my nails done all over town, and Alan is my guy! He’s so nice, quick, and does a fantastic job. Regular polish on my toes lasted as long as gel polish does! He’s tucked away around the corner from Planet Fitness.

THIS PLACE IS THE WORSE!! The place was disgusting, people’s nails all over the place and trash all over the floor!! I tried to give it a fighting chance but it was a bad idea. The guy talk bad about a customer to other customer! And not only that; he had said he has been doing nails for years, but it looked like a child with zero experience did them. He also watch the News while doing my nails. The problem wasn’t him watching the news but having his whole attention to the phone and doing so, he hurt me and he just continued watching his phone! And at the end; my nails looks so bad, I cried and it was the day before my big day!! This was the worse experience ever!! Ever coming back!

Alan does my whole family’s nails and he does an amazing job. He always fits us in and is extremely funny and kind. We wouldn’t go anywhere else!
