My spouse and I paid for the eyebrow threading. I had never ever gotten my eyebrows done before, so this was my first time. The attendant was friendly and courteous. She knew when to pause and was very patient with me. A very positive experience. I will get my eyebrows threaded often now especially with how well they did.

I was hesitant because there were no reviews, so I figured I’d leave one for those like me! I took a chance and was NOT disappointed. The lady who works there is so kind and took her time to perfect my eyebrows and lip! I was so pleased I got a membership!

Not happy at all! Should've went back to Kally's in Lacey. Took a chance since I saw they were open after all the covid19 shutdowns. My brows are pencil thin like the 90s! Will never come back. I just wanted them cleaned up and shaped not almost gone!

Awful... the other lady that left was the best. The lady here now is awful.. my eyebrows are so thin they look drawn on.. my daughter's brows are all cut up.
