I genuinely had the worst experience with Anna Maria. I had scheduled an appointment for Saturday May 4th at 1:00pm which Anna Maria showed up 40 minutes late to. Not only was she extremely unprofessional but she bleached my hair not once but twice to supposedly get the desired color that I wanted which is ridiculous because I went in for a balayage and just a wanted to make my hair look a little bit more golden than it already looked. Throughout this entire process Anna Maria and other hairstylists at this location would frequently go to a private area and whisper about what she had done to my hair. Two other hair stylists told her in front of me to ask before she does something and constantly corrected her, they would look at me all the time scared because they knew she had messed up my
