Honestly the worst nail experience I have ever had. I get my nails done for self care, so when I go to the salon I expect to have an enjoyable experience and leave happy. The salon itself is clean and looks appealing... but the service needs some work. I walked in at 6:30 didn’t leave until 9:45p. I went in to get an overlay over my natural nails and gel polish. The first nail tech made three different fingers bleed as she was shaving down the acrylic... didn’t clip my cuticles nothing of that sort. When I went to pay (I’m assuming she was the manager) asked to see my nails, she offers to have someone do them again (as in reshape and paint them over). The second tech is doing well until she decides to take a phone call and cuts my pinky causing it to bleed the remainder of my nail appointm

Definitely the worst pedicure I’ve ever had. Unfortunately I have slightly ingrown toenails, so occasionally a small cut can occur. But after this I was bleeding on both big toes and even got a small cut from trimming the cuticle, which should not happen. The bleeding was to the point that it hindered getting the toes painted. I’m genuinely terrified that I’m going to get an infection. The technician also used their bare nail to dig into where the bleeding was, which further adds to my fear. Aside from the bleeding it was a pretty good pedicure, but from a health and safety perspective I don’t think this is worth it. I feel bad saying this as the technician seemed very nice but I don’t think that this is acceptable. EDIT: it did get infected... DO NOT GET A PEDICURE HERE

Walked in today for a gel manicure and a acrylic extension, was greated by young lady, I believe her name is Stephanie. Luz was my nail technician. Very thorough and delightful! Was also offered coffee and wine while seated. One of the best manicures I've gotten! Will definitely return!

The worst nail experience I've ever had in probably 5+ years of doing nails. The reception girl is super sweet and helpful and the interior is nice but these are the only two nice things and unfortunately that does not compensate that the nail techs just don't know how to do their job. All my nails chipped, broke in just couple of days when typically they last me almost a month when I do it at other places. Pedicure lady whose name I sadly forgot was so unprofessional instead of apologizing, she criticized me when I asked her to put hydrogen peroxide on my WOUND, she rubbed my feet so hard I was literally bleeding. Never going back and still recovering from the financial and emotional damage.

I got a gel manicure and regular pedicure here today. I had a great experience and would absolutely recommend. I chose to come here because walking by, I have noticed it several times as they just renovated, it's very chic. On that note; any negative reviews they have are 5+ years old and I don't feel are relevant to the salon now. I was a walk-in customer and the staff was immediately attentive and friendly. They offered me a range of beverages while I selected a color and sat me right away. I noticed they even have a special ice cube maker for customers with nugget ice; it just shows how detail oriented and caring they are about their customers. The pedicure and manicure both turned out great. The technician took her time and did a good job. I didn't feel rushed and she was paying atte
