Extremely disappointed with my experience at this salon. The staff was rude and made me feel completely unwelcome, especially as a Muslim woman. No one should feel judged or uncomfortable because of their faith. On top of that, they clearly lacked basic skills — they didn’t know how to do hair properly and the service was sloppy from beginning to end. Between the disrespect and the poor quality of work, this salon needs serious training in customer service, cultural sensitivity, and hair care in general. Definitely would not recommend.

I’m really disappointed with this salon. I recently became aware of a very upsetting experience involving someone I know, and it made me extremely concerned about the quality and professionalism here. What happened to her hair after a color service was shocking, and it shows a serious lack of care and expertise. Even if mistakes happen, the way the situation was handled afterward was unacceptable. A professional salon should prioritize client safety, proper technique, and responsibility — none of which seemed to happen in this case. I personally would not feel comfortable trusting this place with my hair, and I hope others do their research and approach with caution.

I don’t recommend this place at all. They completely burned my Aunts hair and chopped it off because of their lack of professionalism and experience. My aunt went for a simple hair dye with beautiful long hair and left with BURNT and chopped hair to her ears due to using the wrong products! Everyone’s hair is different and reacts to chemicals differently, professional hair salons that are worth going to do a test trial on one strand before ruining the entire hair completely! To follow up, instead of owning up to their mistake and the consequences of it, they kept insisting it is about her hair quality rather than their lack of experience and did not even bother with a refund any sort of compensation! 0/10

I asked for a lighter shade and left with my healthy, long hair burned and severely damaged. There was poor consultation and no care taken during the process. This experience has deeply affected my confidence. I have before-and-after photos. Please be extremely cautious when trusting this salon with your hair.

I have been getting my hair done by Alex for over 30 years - since I was a little girl and I wouldn’t have it any other way! When I moved further away or had emergency needs during hours he was closed and tried other places, I realized that hands down, nobody compares to his quality and care. He is so skilled that he can color, cut and blow dry with his eyes closed if he wanted to! I recently got highlights done and I’m simply obsessed with how great it turned out and have been receiving so many compliments on it! If you’re on the fence about coming here, trust me give it a try and you will NOT regret it!
