Alexie Nails

I’ve been coming to Alexie Nails for a while and when I say I love the service and Ken and Marie. They always have a great conversation with me and do great work when it comes to my nail care. I love the new location as well.

I love this nail salon. The owners are very kind. They truly care about their customers. My nails are always beautiful. Pricing is consistent as well each time I go. I won’t go anywhere else. My polish never chips. I get a ton of compliments as well.

Worst pedicure ever! First she look like she was discussed, with my feet. Every time she would make noise, and go to the sink to wash her file 😳 my feet were not that dang bad. She half painted my nails, and left the ingrowns on my big toe. Then charged $65 for a pedicure!!! Will never be back to this place. These are pictures 20 minutes after service

Wouldn’t recommend coming to this place. Any other nail shop I have been presented a menu for pedicures to chose from such as basic or deluxe. Here, I never was presented a menu so I didn’t think none of it. The lady did the most basic pedicure which should be around $30+. A massage or anything was done. I literally only soaked my feet and got my toe nails trimmed. Just for that she tells me it’s $50 plus $10 for French tip. The service wasn’t worth $50 for the most basic pedicure which didn’t even include a scrub or hot towels wrapped. The shaping of my toe nails is horrible as well and The French tip isn’t even correct. Very dissatisfied at this place.

My regular tech at usual salon is on vacation, so I stumbled into this establishment. She did a decent job on my nails, but I can hardly appreciate being charged $57 for services that are $20 less every other salon I've ever been to. It seems they are never really busy, so they exploit the clients they do get. While I was there Ken told one lady a pedicure was $25,. Later, a young girl came in for a pedicure and he said $50. She wanted acrylic on her big toes and the wife said $70. I'll never return because the pricing is ridiculous for a run-of-the-mill salon and they are not consistent or transparent about pricing (they have no price list visible to patrons).
