Alex's Nail

I use to go every 3 months to get my nails removed so I can get a fresh set from my nail tech. I went around September time to get a nail fixed that was coming off, to hold me over until my next appointment. I was asked if I was getting anything else done and declined, they fixed my nail. The next time I went with the same problem in October and the owner said they cannot fix it, I explained to him that they fixed my nail prior and that I don’t understand the difference now. He was rude and told me to get it fixed elsewhere or get nail glue from the store. I honestly did not want to go back after that incident but I have a nail appointment today for a fresh set and I had to get my nails yesterday. I arrived at 5:10pm and the customer Alex was working on let him know I was at the door, for

Alex himself is very unprofessional and rude. Cut me twice, I told him it burned and nothing was done about it. Despite that, I was still very nice to him. He refused to do a design on my toes because there was “no flower design small enough for my toes” and then refused design on my nails once I told him that I did not like my French tip. (In a nice way) He seemed like he didn’t even want to do my nails or any designs once more people came in. Everyone else seems nice, especially his wife. Good salon, terrible owner.

I get my nails short and natural looking but there where people finishing up there that where longer, very colorful, and beautifully done. The wait was a bit long but the service was very good. This is now my permanent nail spot.

Look at my nails all I asked was for him to fix my nails. My nails come out looking like two totally different hands. The manager Alex gets an attitude with me and tell me wait for the next guy next time. After filing my nails down shorter an uneven and making them thinner. I wish I could give him no Stars because he's left my nails lost almost to the point of no return. Will I ever go . HELL NO, NOPE NOT EVEN IF THEY WHERE THE ONLY SHOP OPEN . A rush you in and rush you out shop

Good service even though I went when it was busy. They did a great job will be going back to get a pedi next time. Picture of nails was taken almost 2 weeks after so I need a fill-in
