Alfa Jae Salon

This past weekend Dani did my calico I love the result, it truly exceeded my expectations. I was so happy that my hair feels soft even though it was already processed before. I felt really comfortable the whole time. It's the first time a stylist gives me the result I want in the first session. I will definitely become one more customer of this fantastic salon.

I found Taylor at Alfa Jae last year and It has been a great experience. I really appreciate how well she listens. I’m not someone who knows all the hair terminology but Taylor takes what I describe and turns it into something that really works for my hair. She’s has helped me with gray blending (damn you genetics!) which is something that I had struggled with in the past with stylist. She’s very friendly and easy to talk to and I feel comfortable discussing ideas or asking questions. I definitely recommend her if you’re looking for a stylist who really listens and delivers beautiful results.

Amber is hands down the best salon experience I’ve ever had. I was excited but nervous to go back blonde because I’ve never truly loved my hair leaving a salon before— but she blew me away. My hair looks better than it ever has (even better than the inspo photos I showed her). She took her time, paid attention to every detail, and made me feel like a priority the whole appointment. Plus she’s just great company; relatable, funny, and genuinely kind. And the scalp massage? Heavenly. Safe to say I’ve officially found my go-to girl. I won’t be going anywhere else.

I had an amazing experience working with the owner, Jae. She is the first hairstylist out of the many I have worked with that delivered EXACTLY what I wanted. Being bi-racial, I felt there wasn’t anyone who could understand my hair and how to keep it healthy when I leave. Color was absolutely on point and so was the cut! I feel confident in my hair again. Not to mention the amount of diversity and inclusion I felt when I visited. I loved everyone’s vibe and energy. Definitely not letting anyone else do my hair but Jae’s salon! 🤎

Michaela cuts my curly hair and does an incredible job. The cut itself is consistently amazing, and makes my thick and difficult wavy/curly hair finally feel beautiful. She also teaches me how to style and handle it, and gives amazing recommendations. Michaela is also a great conversationalist and friend, and makes me laugh for my whole appointment. I forgot to take a picture but trust me the style was perfect. The salon itself is beautiful, clean, and welcoming, The other stylists consult with one another and are kind and down to earth. You get the sense that they value teamwork and building each other up, so the atmosphere is comforting and fun. Highly highly recommend!!
