called for same day appointment, the lady said it was fine. got there, they didn’t have the right kind of hair to do the style i wanted, no biggie. i asked before she started, have you done this before and are you comfortable doing this style she said yes so i went and got the right hair. half way through the process they were upset because she was reading messages while i was texting of me telling my friend the style was fine but the parts wasn’t as neat but it was fine. so they stopped and started to question me and they wanted to start completely over i said no we’ve already been here over 2 hours, so they continued, once we got towards the top of my head it was a mess and they were rude and aggressive because i wanted them to fix it. i was still going to pay because i had been there fo

Alicia's Hair Salon is hands down the nicest braiding salon I've been to in Houston. From the moment I walked in, I was impressed by how clean and well-kept the space was. The staff was incredibly professional, fast, and delivered high-quality results. They even offered me a bag with snacks, which was nice. I felt comfortable the entire time. Highly recommend this place if you’re looking for top-notch braiding services in northwest Houston.

First off I scheduled a day in advance they said they had the hair, I get there and I was told they ran out because they used it all yesterday and I had to buy some from a beauty supply for my bohemian braids. I showed her a photo and she said she could do it. I arrived there for. A 5pm appointment and left out of there at 2:23am almost 9 hours later. I asked if the hair was gonna be bulky and would I be able to put it up for work and I was told yes. So my hair came out bulky and also she left out a HUGE chunk of my baby hairs, so they looked like adult hairs Of course the owner had excuses for everything, but honestly I should’ve left when others arrived after me left before I did.
