Malika from Alizas isn't someone to put trust in, I feel she only caters to who she knows or has relationships with. As a first time customer she was completely careless and I scheduled a month ahead of time for a 3 day trip to Georgia. She is beyond unprofessional and was careless toward my situation. She told me she was capable of doing the design i wanted then when I got to her claimed my hair was too short. I know I had enough length she was just careless to my situation and wasn't trying to do much that day. She could of warned me the day before to pull up to her house instead of the shop as well. I spent 40$ to get from Yonkers to Alizas just for her to call me, claim she was sick and that she stated that in order for me to get my hair done I'd have to get to her house instead Harlem

Ive lived in the neighborhood for 7 years and I was never able to leave one of the salons confidently after a cut and blow out. BUT I walked into this salon feeling one way and I left LOVING MY NEW LOOK!!! The service was AMAZING by Victorino , the vibes of the salon and the aesthetics makes the experience all around 10/10.

great services Victoriono gave me the whole feeling of a 5th ave salon very friendly and knowledgeable with color and style you need.Cindy the owner was making sure everyone was comfortable and the experience was memorable I highly recommend this place peace and calmful.
