All Shades Salon & Tan

Extremely nice woman doing the spray tans who made me very comfortable—but the spray tan itself was not good. It did not even look like I got a spray tan. I got the rapid solution (the regular one had gone bad she said) and I followed the directions to rinse off no more than four hours later (to prevent getting too dark). When I looked in the mirror before showering, it did not look like I even got a spray tan… I rinsed because I didn’t want to turn orange after it “developed”, but then I received a text message response from her saying that I should not have rinsed until I saw the come through. Rapid solution should have been visible immediately so that makes no sense. Very disappointed in the service and I shared this with the woman via text who just asked me to come back in the next tim

I received a gift certificate for this salon for Mother's Day. I called and asked for a service and had to listen to 10 minutes of complaining about scheduling and cleaning between customers. The entire time my daughter and I were there the owner did nothing but complain. I don't think she meant to be rude, I think it's just her personality but it's not how I want to spend my salon time.

I’m a student at the University of Delaware. I wanted to go to a salon that was close and relatively inexpensive. I got the close. Not the inexpensive. I went for an acrylic fill. It had been too long since I had gotten them done so I had 3 that had fallen off and needed replaced completely. When I went to pay, I was told that it was cheaper to pay for a full set rather than a fill. $40 later I was upset. Before that, the lady who did my nails talked a lot about how she is allergic to the acrylic so she hates to do it. She also talked a lot about how she has minor arthritis, which I do feel for, but I felt that it was inappropriate to tell me all the reasons she didn’t want to do my nails. Wonderful cut by Linda. I struggled to find a stylist after a move, but have been so happy with the quality of the cuts I receive from Linda. She's taken the time to learn my hair (cowlicks and all!), and has created a cut that is chic, sophisticated, perfect for my face, and low maintenance (YAY!). I get more compliments on my hair these days. Highly recommend!

love Barbara! she did my nails and she's so fun to talk to. i talked to her for like 2 hours. also bad reviews on these are lies, yall gotta trust me. i'm a broke college kid and she's affordable! she also gave me munchkins and one thing i really valued is she accidentally used the wrong tip at one point and she took full responsibility for it and apologized when she easily could've just been like your cuticles are weak. anyway go here for nails!!!!
