“Unprofessional and Disrespectful Toward New Clients” I recently had an experience at this salon that left me genuinely disappointed and, honestly, disgusted. For quite some time, a long-time client of the owner, Shayla, had recommended her for her professionalism. After my visit, I’d assume that treatment is reserved only for her old clients and not new or potential ones. My appointment was scheduled for October 30, 2025, at 10:30 a.m. The salon’s booking system allows appointments to be confirmed or denied, but mine stayed in “pending” status. According to her long-time client, Shayla doesn’t always confirm appointments but will definitely let you know if one is denied. She never reached out. The booking also included a note about a cancellation fee which was the only clear policy liste

Loved the vibe of the salon. 1st professional salon experience and i definitely loved every minute of it. Shakera is a godsend for my natural curly hair. My hair has never been this moisturized in a while. Definitely recommend the salon and if you get shakera the cuse curly cpr. I looked around and all the women in the shop are phenomenal at what they do.

Shayla has been my hair stylist of choice for over 20 years. I don’t trust many with my hair and travel regularly back to Syracuse to have her magical hands perfect my tresses.

I love this shop. Shayla and Tomica is the best. My daughter and I go every month and our hair is longer and healthier.

I haven't been to the salon it appears that the information is not complete. There's apartments in the same building and I have a friend who lives behind the salon . I haven't had a haircut in years. It's a Native thing.
