Allure Nails

I used to be a loyal customer. These people will try to give you short end of the stick and I’m literally paying them for it. The lady with the bangs and red hair, do not accept her as your nail tech. The service was unprofessional and honestly unacceptable. The nail tech completely butchered my nails. my nail beds are now damaged, and as you can see from the photos, the results speak for themselves. What made it worse was her attitude. Instead of taking accountability, she gaslighted me during the service because I came back to get her mistakes fixed. She couldn’t even recognize the original color told me I picked the wrong color. At one point, she even threatened me mid-service, asking if I wanted her to mess up my nails or make them pretty. That is beyond unprofessional and made me ext

This nail salon was amazing! I came in from Out of town with a mess of a nail Job and the owner fixed me right up! He kept shaking his head and making noises about how bad of a job was done! I appreciated him fixing them and making my nails Look so beautiful!

I came here for the first time based on the reviews. But i was not happy when i left. My nails are poorly done. I tried to explain to the lady that i didn’t like how she applied the polish but she kept going and insisted that the extra polish will rinse off. Also i asked for coffin but they are regular square shaped & my nails are lumpy as well. I will not return. Very unsatisfied.

The lady that did my nails refused to put tips on because it "looks more natural" without. She then cut my natural nails so short it looks like I just have clear polish on, no acrylic. My thumb nail is so short I can see the tip of my thumb past the nail. I would have given zero stars, but 1 is the lowest it goes. She kept asking me questions and I would tell her what I want and then she wouldn't do it.
