Extremely rude, didn’t speak while doing our nails, very unsanitary, seemed like they didn’t want anything to do with us, put gel when we didn’t even ask for it and then charged me for it. Caught an attitude when we questioned the price. Don’t go by prices on website because it’s a complete lie. Do not recommend at all. Nails look like I did them myself. VERY unprofessional. Golden nails across the street is a lot better and I will go there for now on. Maybe they need to get with them and have a class on what professionalism looks like and how to do nails the correct way.

The only reason they even got a star was because I had to leave one. I went in over a week ago to get a “manicure”, I didn’t get a manicure they just put dip on. Not to mention the dip chipped off my nails the next day. Didn’t speak the entire time nor asked how I wanted my nails shaped or anything. I definitely will not go back not to mention I’ve made sure to let everyone know where I went when they asked so they don’t receive such terrible service !! Next time I wanna waste $40 I’ll just throw it out the window.

The staff is always friendly. I never feel rushed when I am in there. They offer special discounts. We always feel welcomed. Many people are regulars and are known by name, I really like that so much. Also they have booklets on pricing very easy to understand.

Awesome! It was my first time and I couldn't be happier with my new set of nails and they are gorgeous! I get compliments everywhere l go. Everyone is super professional and very clean. Overall, my best experience in a long time, I've found my new nail salon ❤

I love them but I had a card with all my punches and then they changed their way of taking them and want phone number and won’t use my card yet we frequented them so much and have made enough for our discount. Makes me not want to go back. And the wine disappeared too. Why? When you go to the spa and a single mom this is your break from reality. To be able to be offered a drink and enjoy some relaxation is what you want.
