Allure Nails & Spa Lilburn

Absolutely loved my experience at this nail spa! The staff was very friendly, the place was clean, and my nails turned out beautiful. They took their time to make sure everything was perfect, and the results exceeded my expectations. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for quality nail care.

I paid $95 for Gel X on my nails on a Sunday and by Wednesday one of my nails chipped. The girl who did my nails was very rough! She cut my skin multiple times then proceeded to put my hand wayyy to close to the light causing it to burn. When I told her this she dismissed me and said that’s normal. She clearly doesn’t care. It’s not 1 week later and two nails are broken. Do not go here for Gel X the price and the quality is not worth it! I have had Gel X last a week. It’s rushed and the techs do not know what they are doing.

Amazing nail salon! I had such a great time. The staff was very welcoming and friendly from the moment we walked in. They even offered us drinks, which made the experience feel extra special and relaxing. The service was excellent, and I absolutely loved my nails. I will definitely be coming back!

I have been going to Allure since they opened and havent had any trouble. In fact, before this incident they have been my go-to salon. On 12/6/25 I got a fill in and my eyebrows waxed. There was a new employee doing my eyebrows this day. In short after my waxing i had 2nd degree burns. At the time of the waxing my eyebrows were stinging but i didnt realize how severe it was until that night. Upon returning the next day i explained the situation. As a valued and loyal customer i demanded i be refunded for my entire service of 60 dollars. One because i was in pain and severely scarred and two out of good measure. I was told i could only be refunded 20 dollars. I asked "These painful burns to my eyes are only worth 20 dollars? I was basically told yes. Not even a credit for future

The older lady (kicking myself for not getting names but i was annoyed and ready to go) doing my pedicure was very nice, very accommodating and very clear about pricing. I do find it crazy that the $40 Pedicure doesn’t include callus remover when that’s the literal point of getting a pedicure. But that is beyond her control and she did a great job. The younger lady with glasses doing my nails was completely miserable, rushed through and this was the longest she would do my nails for $46 i might as well have kept my real nails. The length issue wasn’t mentioned until after my nails were cut, the acrylics were glued on and the shape i wanted was established. She cut them the length i wanted, which was not very long and then told me it would be $66 for the length and shape that i want not $
