From the moment I set foot inside I felt unwelcomed, but I maintained a polite demeanor and openly expressed I wanted my natural nails. They insisted on a gel acrylic I said yes then changed my mind (because I’m allowed to). He was about to just start on the design without a base or any form of shaping and I asked for a base which I then chose and without shaping he started on my nails … mind you I asked for a manicure but you would have thought I asked for a color change. There was no cuticle treatment or even a list of manicure options and from what I saw the same tools are used on every single client which is not up to code. Every client should receive their services with a fresh and CLEAN set of tools. He proceeds to paint my nails and starts on the design. Splotchy and uneven. Before

Just wanted to give allure a five star rating I have been coming here for almost a year now since I been recommended to create me here I love coming here all the employees are very kind and helpful they use a product here called builder gel which is a acrylic replacement that is more healthy for the nails. When I was getting acrylic my nails were very thin and would always break however with the builder gel I do not have this problem. Also out of all the nail salons ice treird my nails never lasted as long as they do here.

i come in every few weeks to get my nails done , i started going here a little over 2 months ago and i’ve been going to jay and he over exceeds my expectations every time. these are my nails he did for my trip to new york
