2 Reviews... Heidi has been taking care of my mom every week for 5 months now, since she moved to Kennewick. My mom has memory and mobility issues. Heidi is very kind to her, patient in their conversations, makes jokes every week, and is always willing to help Mom with what she needs. Heidi is a gem! Amanda, the owner, is a talented hair stylist! She carefully listened to my color concerns and was able to adjust my hair color to exactly what I wanted. I'm very happy with the results!

I met Amanda Bailey around 2020 sort of by accident. My mom had a coupon for a salon she previous worked at and I was in desperate need of a post-quarantine-haircut miracle. She fixed my hair and brought me back to life. She also made me feel like I’d made a new friend. Fast forward to ‘22 when she was coloring my hair for my engagement photos, and then in ‘23 she was giving me highlights for my wedding!!! She and I chat away while she works & truly have the best time. She’s also came in clutch with a chin wax or two! I truly trust this woman with my life. I have EXTREMELY thick and long hair, and I know she’ll never mess it up! I don’t live in the tri-cities anymore, but I’ve gone back to her whenever I need anything hair related! Paid $20 for a consultation with Brenda and was told I would get a text back that afternoon and didn’t. I reached out the next day around 11 and was told it wasn’t recommended to move forward with what I wanted. Totally understandable, but it would have been nice if stylist would have recommended what would be best for my hair or what to do to achieve my hair goals. No text back didn’t seem interested in gaining new clients and personality wasn’t very welcoming. Paid $20 for someone to not take me serious. I don’t recommend this stylist at all.

Fantastic atmosphere and an amazing group of women. They have all kinds of services and every single person we’ve encountered there has been uplifting and enjoyable to work with. Fair prices and great service. Our family has worked with Randi, Amanda, Heather and Jess! Highly recommend.

Randi is incredible. A true artist and miracle worker. She traveled over 6 hours to do my wedding hair and makeup for me, and I can’t thank her enough. I have a lot of hair, but it is incredibly fine, doesn’t keep curl and has little to no volume. With a curling iron, some pins, and some hairspray along the help of some extensions, she made me feel like a queen. We didn’t have any kind of salon setup at all. She brought everything she needed and set up in the makeshift bridal room we had, and you would have thought we were in an upscale salon. I would highly recommend her services!!!
