Erica is my favorite hairstylist now. She came from Dallas, and we are lucky to have her. I could go on and on about what makes her special, but you’ll just have to make an appointment and see for yourself.

I had my hair done for a friends wedding, the hair stylist was late, complained the whole time she was doing my hair about how short it was and that I had layers, mind you, my hair is shoulder length so it is not long but it’s not super short either, and she was very rude. Not even an hour after my hair was done the rubber bands that were put in started to break and had to be redone by another bridesmaid. On top of that even though she had been informed we would all be paying in cash she did not bring anything to give change so I overpaid for her services simply because she could not give me change back.

Thankfully decided to wait to tip til after the ceremony. I booked Sierra I wanted old Hollywood waves which was achieved in the trail, but she didn’t do the same thing for the day of hair? I expressed I wasn’t happy with it while she was there and she assured me it would “fall” into what I wanted, but it never did. It was just curled hair which I could’ve saved myself the money and curled my own hair if that’s what I wanted. The bridesmaids hair wasn’t what I wanted either, they looked ridiculous except the one girl who did her own hair who followed the tutorial I sent (which was also given to Sierra) I was too tired and stressed to even continue to argue and there was no time to even fix it. I wanted braids and she didn’t even braid their hair???

Kimberly is unprofessional and rude. Save your time and money!!! BEWARE. I went in with a picture that she said she could achieve and she failed miserably. Then came the $255 bill plus $38 (15%) tip.... for a foil color....Then she gaslight me when I told her I was unhappy with the results. She fried my hair!!!! I called the owner who told me I'd have to spend more money to get it fixed. She said she had zero control on the results coming out of her salon because they are contract labor. What kind of business doesn't hold their people accountable? I give excellent customer service and I do expect it in return. I report the good and the bad. This experience was awful. I don't know what is going on, but this place is a JOKE! Nearly $300 FOR A COLOR THAT LOOKS NOTHING LIKE I ASKED

My sister and I got our hair and makeup done for a wedding. Sierra was amazing! Hair and Makeup was perfect! We were very happy!
