VERY VERY rude. Me and my cousin went out to enjoy getting our toes done when we ran into this nail spa. Being that we’ve never even been there before, we went in with excitement and clear minds. From the second we walked in to the second we left, no customer service was given whatsoever. There was man and a lady ( names unknown) who were our nail artists. They were completely rude and rushed the process. Even thought we both got the basic pedicures, we received totally different treatments. They spoke in their language about us ( we know this because every time we said something about what we were experiencing the would laugh and speak amongst themselves), made fun of my feet, cut my toe, and even laughed at our tip amounts. I’m new to Tyler. And looked at pictures of their nails before going. I told the gentleman many times that they weren’t the correct shape and that the nails were too thick, all he said was I know. And didn’t fix them. I had to go home after paying $60 and take off the polish and shape my nails and then grid them down. I’m only writing this review so that other people will know not to waste their time and money. I won’t be back

This place really deserves ZERO STARS! My cousin and I wanted to try a new nail place, but NEVER again. These people were rude from check-in to check-out. My cousin and I got pedicured, and the artist rushed through the whole process. The lady wasn't even telling me how to put my feet; she would aggressively place them where she wanted them. She cut my toenail to where my toe looks crooked. They didn't want us talking; every time we talked, they would talk about us. Lastly, when it was time for me to pay, the lady slammed the receipt on the counter and didn't say anything. Don't go here if I were to Google the worst nail place, this would be the first to pop up!

I was able to get the prettiest nails ever at Aloha! They do such a great job at listening and caring about how you want to get your nails done. While I was there, Vida and Jason helped take care of me. Vida is super kind, has a bubbly personality, and is did literally what I asked for! If you want PERFECTION, Vida is your girl! As far as details go, Jason is your man! He did the little star on my nails and it turned out spectacular! WOW I’ve never have been so happy with my nails in my LIFE. I like never leave reviews, but this place is just AMAZING!!!

Jason’s the best!!! I’ve been a client with them for yrs and they have never done me wrong! I’m very OCD so I’m very particular about my nails and they always take care, “fix” or reshape without issue or frustration. And look at these Holiday nails?!!! The pin vs my outcome is astounding!!!
