A Dream Setting for the "I Do" Crew! If you are looking for a venue that perfectly blends chic industrial vibes with effortless elegance, look no further than ALX Community. We recently hosted a bridal shower here, and "stunning" doesn't even begin to cover it. From the moment our guests walked in, the atmosphere was electric. The space is naturally beautiful, but the way it handled our event made it feel truly high-end and intimate all at once. We hosted a lunch presentation for 35 people from the International Downtown Association's annual conference at the ALX Communities Waterfront location. The setting is unbeatable—right on the waterfront with beautiful natural light, modern design, and a professional yet welcoming atmosphere. The staff goes above and beyond to ensure every detail is taken care of, from setup to tech support. The meeting room was spacious and well-equipped with reliable AV. The location in Old Town Alexandria is also a huge plus—just steps from the waterfront, restaurants, and coffee shops, making it convenient for post-meeting networking.

Wow - What a tremendous location and staff. We enjoyed two days (12/15 and 12/16) at the location and everything was fantastic. Most of all - the support and professionalism provided by Luke - that guy was wonderful. He saved me with some first class efforts and helped make the team's enture experience wildless successful. I have enjoyed watching the progress of each of the ALX community locations come to life. This week, I got to be a customer! I couldn't be MORE impressed! I had offices at ALX Waterfront and ALX Atrium. Both locations were amazing. The staff treat you like family. The offices and work spaces are cool and eclectic. I was working in an office, but there were others working in booths, on couches and even out on the patio! Everywhere you look, there is some piece of cool artwork to look at (and by local artists!). Lots of amenities too, like Ted Talx and even coffee stations (which you can see I enjoyed from my picture!). I was impressed with the committment that ALX has to the community. But now...to experience ALX as a customer...I am a fan for life! Keep up the amazing work guys!
