Be really careful with this location. They offer a first time deal for $99 that seems to go up by $20 at minimum once you arrive. I was not offered a mirror to see the results, was just asked for payment and sent on my way. It was disappointing but it’s fine, people have bad days and I wasn’t going to take that personally. It was two days before Valentine’s Day, and the day before I had to renew my drivers license, so I counted in these lashes to last at least two days… the entire right side was gone by the 3rd morning. I’ve been getting lashes a long time, I know how to take care of them, I’ve never experienced anything like this. I was trying to get a place closer to home and obviously I regret it now. The Eagan store is a joke, go somewhere else. They are trying to save money so they never have staff working to answer calls. After my Spring Break trip I wanted to cancel my membership. I knew you needed to give a notice, so when I asked at the front desk the staff never knew when the manager would be in. I left a number of messages, and the manager never called me back. They gave me her email and again never heard back. Finally because I was done with my lashes, and still didn’t hear back from any staff out of Eagan store they finally said the manager was out on a personal leave. Now I just heard they want to charge my credit card $149 dollars because I didn’t give them a 30 day notice. Remember I tried and tried and Amazing Lashes in Eagan never had staff there to help or return my call
