Amazing Lash Studio - Edina Eyelash Extensions

I went this place for the first time a little over a week ago and I paid extra for hybrid and I had a picture also for a reference. My eyelashes ended up not even being hybrid even though I spent $45 extra for it and my eyes kept burning while it was being done n I was told that’s normal . Well the next day I woke up my eyes hurt pretty bad even to open my eyes. I did all the proper after care and my lashes kept twisting and falling out within days and after a week and 2 days I can honestly say there were nun left but maybe 2 or 3 on each side also have pictures from after 3 days I had a huge section missing . Would not recommend

I got eyelash extensions done here, and my entire experience—from the service to the way it was handled afterward—was incredibly disappointing. Not only were the lashes painful and uncomfortable from the start, but I was also overcharged. I contacted them about the issue, and they said they would process a refund. But when I followed up later, there was no note, no record of any refund being processed, and I had to keep calling back. It took nearly a month before someone finally issued the refund. When I reached out about the pain I was experiencing, I was told over the phone that “that’s normal,” but then in the same conversation, they admitted it might be because the lashes were placed too close to my eyelids—as if that’s something acceptable. Today June 22nd i have an appointment with Kaylie at 9am. I arrived around 8.55am and the door was locked. I decided waiting in front of the door for about 10mins and tried called them and nobody answer but voicemail. And text messanger. I tried called them again and again while waiting until 10am in the car!! Nobody call me back. I was going be a first costumer and it already dissapointed so much!!! wasting everything from me today! I will need still to make sure you guys not charging any fee from me! Very unprofessional! Not recommended at all!!

NOT AMAZING! I have a special occasion coming up so I was looking forward to this appointment. I arrived 10 minutes early out of respect for the Lash Tech’s time. To my surprise the door was locked! I went back to my vehicle to call and see what was going on with my appointment I made a month in advance. I received a message via text saying someone will be out for me soon. Someone strolled in after my appointment time and unlocked the door. I walked in and the first thing the person said was “did you take my sticky note off the door?” What? Sticky note? This whole experience was a waste of my time. The prices are not upfront and confusing! 1 out of 10, DO NOT RECOMMEND!

Literally love Marissa at the Edina Amazing Lash. I have never had an issue with my lashes, she always takes her time to listen as well as educate. Not everyone takes the time to do these things WHILE they are working on your lashes. She is quick and thorough and my lashes always turn out AMAZING! Click on the photo and check out my lashes. :)
