Amazing Nail

I got a pedicure and manicure and they were not gentle very rude and I was using a translator they were talking about me like I didn’t pay before my service not even just that my nails started chipping 6 hours after I got it done I do not recommend this place AT ALLLLLLLLL if u don’t care about your nails fr and just want something done real quick and don’t care for it to look a mess not even a day after then yes go but if u want perfection and a relax day getting a mani and pedi DO NOT GO THERE!!!!! Very poor service!!!!!! Never will I go there again.

I got my nails done here 2 days ago by a male nail tech and my nails look like this after paying $73 for a fill, gel polish and polish change on my toes. I called this morning to complain about the poor service I received and was told that the manager would return my call shortly. That did not happen, so I’m going to file a complaint and dispute the charges on my credit card. I DO NOT recommend this nail shop to non locals and I will never go back.

This was my first visit to this location. I got a fill with gel polish and only after three days I had several chipped nails. When I returned to have them corrected the tech just told me to sit with no communication. She even told me to come back tomorrow. I advised I drove from Ocala & only then did she finally communicate and repair. I will not be returning. Cleanliness is poor as well

The place is amazing! Employees are very friendly. I just need them to work on sanitation/cleaning. The room where the eyebrow waxing is done is well in need of some cleaning, especially the sheets on that bed, besides that, they’re great & the do an awesome job! 👍

I love love love this place!!❤️my first time going was yesterday and she was amazing. She offered to do the design and I absolutely loved it. I will be going back.
