My friend brought me here for my birthday and I was lucky to get Ethan as my masseuse. I like a very hard massage and he asked me what I wanted before starting and his strong hands did not disappoint even after 90 minutes. The spa is clean with tranquil music playing. Ethan was consistent and professional . He giggles at times but has a very pleasant demeanor and I will definitely be going back for another massage next month.

I have been to Amenity Spa 85 a couple times throughout the past 2 years. However, after my latest visit I will not be returning. I had booked a deep-tissue massage, only to be take to a massage table in the basement of the spa - note: I have never been to this part of the building. You have to walk past their laundry room to get to it. This alone made me really uncomfortable. Later I discover I was given a male masseuse (which is fine since I never requested a female one). However, I was extremely uncomfortable being with this male masseuse in this isolated basement room with no other staff or customers. The first time I came here I was so surprised by how well my massage went, I wish I knew the name of my masseuse. I couldn’t wait to go back the woman did such an amazing job. - I went yesterday and they took me to the basement this time with a female who I think was not skilled and she immediately caused me pain in my back. She was not experienced , I could tell. The owner came and tried to continue but there was a lack of communication (she didn’t understand english) first she was super soft because she thought I had lower back pain and I tried explaining that the previous person had hurt me. So she began to be more firm but was pushing all the pressure using only one finger (which hurt and was not comforting) to where the lady had hurt me. I had to stop the massage early within maybe 2
