Roman at American Haircuts is hands down the best barber I’ve ever had. I’m very particular about my fades, and mine aren’t simple — but Roman nails it every single time. The consistency, precision, and attention to detail he brings to every cut is unmatched. You can’t go wrong booking with him. His service is professional, his style is sharp, and he truly takes pride in his craft. It’s rare to find someone this skilled and dependable. If you want a flawless cut, ask for ROMAN. First time coming here, and I did not regret it! I had a mullet before that had grown out a lot and was looking pretty rough, but Roman got me looking and feeling good again. He made sure to take the time necessary to get it looking right, and he was a great guy all around! Would absolutely recommend, especially for KSU students, since they apparently get $5 off.

Roman was next available based on my walk-in time slot, and boy was I glad I had him! You see, I am hearing impaired and wear 2 cochlear implants, so I had to tell him all the information upfront prior to sitting down & removing my hearing devices. This poses a unique challenge for ANY barber - not being able to communicate effectively, but Roman handled it wonderfully. He even told me about some nearby hiking trails I should try out as he I knew I could read lips. In other words, neither of us felt embarrassed, and that’s important when establishing a loyal customer service. Even Brooke, the front desk GM, jumped in our conversation as well. She was extremely helpful answering all my questions. So yeah, I’ll be coming back, American Haircuts! Excellent customer service all around. Cheers!

Roman had been my barber for almost a year now and never disappoints with his skills and service during my hair appointments. Highly recommend his services for your regular trim or if y’all are wanting to change it up with a new hairstyle.
