American Nails

Never going back! They’ve done my nails a couple of times before and they were okay but Ly did not care at all this time! She’s always in a rush like she’s not on her phone in the back the whole time. I went in for a refill and she says oh you need a full set and starts taking them off before i can even say yes! She was so unnecessarily rough with the electric file and i had to pull back a couple times. She didn’t even bother making sure the nail polish covered my entire nail 😡 Very unhappy and i should have said something while i was there but i have confrontation so hopefully this helps others

Walked in for a pedicure and there was only a guy available, I politely asked for a woman. They tried to force me accept the work from a guy saying how he does and great Job and i politely said I’m sure he does great work I just don’t want him to work on me. From that point i was told to wait but i was treated as if my business wasn’t important, i just waited a hour with my feet in Luke warm water. She told me it would only be 20-25 min I waited 40 min before I left. Upon leaving i didn’t get a sorry or anything just treated very harshly. If the work of the guy was so goo why did you start on a new customer in front of me, why wasn’t the guy good enough for them. Men deserve to be treated with the same importance and urgency just like all customers. I didn’t feel welcome in this establishm

I read the reviews, and I decided to take my chances. I went in for a full set and was not disappointed. Li Li did treat me well. Perhaps she does get easily flustered, I saw that possibility, but our interactions were pleasant. They're not perfect, but they do look very nice, and they're just what I asked for. Please, other reviewers, be kind to other humans, they are human after all. Of course, in that business upselling is how you make your money, and she tried, but she was not uncomfortably pushy about it. Thank you for a nice first impression.

Diana is a amazing perfectionists! She took her time to make sure everything was perfect for me. She gave me the best ombré I’ve ever had and she shaped my nails to perfection and she is super sweet

Lily is very rude. I arrived 30 minutes before they closed. She only had one client. I asked him if he was in time to remove an acrylic. She told me yes, she will wait. It was almost 40 minutes... and she reluctantly helped me and hurt my nails a lot, I understand that maybe it was time to close but it would have been better if she had told me, she charged me $10 and almost ripped off my natural nails, Very bad experience, I will never go again.
