American spa nails

Me and my daughter went to get our nails done and the one lady that was doing my nails didn’t know what she was doing. The nails kept falling off and they are thick acrylic. Thy charged me $100 for me and my daughter nails and the nails look like a 3rd grader did them.!!! I feel like they should have discounted us or something to make it right but they didn’t. The lady had my finger bleeding and all and laughed like it was funny . Never again will I visit this place nor my daughter.

they did amazing on my nails very close attention to detail. I got baby pink base with French tips. She did amazing with the filing and even added a few more coats and was nice when I asked to do that. Definitely recommend the nail salon 10 out of 10.🩷😁

Got my toes done here on vacation. The ladies were attentive, nice and gave me a great service. A traditional nail experience with a great and friendly ambiance! Would recommend and would definitely be back whenever I come back!

The owner is honestly the hardest working nail tech in Sanford, she is always willing to work with her clients schedules and tries her best to be considerate. Customer service is always top tier! I have been coming to Ty since I was a pre-teen & plan to continue the tradition when my daughter is of age!!

Me and my best friend went to get pedis while in town waiting to go to the airport. Horrible experience. We got the deluxe pedi with hot stones. We both got burned by the stones being too hot after they microwaved them. The girl that did my pedi cut my toe and then burned me twice. The man that was there and doing my besties pedi did not know what he was doing at all. He spent over 30 mins doing nothing but putting oil on her legs. She could have slid out the door. I absolutely LOVE pedicures and have NEVER wanted one to be over. This one I was just wanting to get out of there after almost 2 and half hours and no they were not busy at all. They called us and told us we could come get the pedis. Also, I have polish on my toes. Just a horrible experience.
