Dear Management, I am writing to formally express my dissatisfaction with the service my daughter received on February 7, 2026. We visited for a birthday service but were left with unacceptable results and a poor customer experience: The technician was unable to perform the requested ombre and 3D designs, yet proceeded with a service that did not meet the standards shown in our reference photo or close to it. The final application was messy, with acrylic spilled on the cuticles and skin. When I attempted to quietly discuss these issues at the register, the technician walked away. The BEST nail salon in town! Wonderful relaxing pedicures, but even better Andy at Amy Nails is amazing with dip or gel nails. I usually ask for custom designs and he always does a wonderful job!!! His wife, Ellen is excellent also 5 STARS!

Was great took me back right away got a full set stilettos and I am very impressed they are perfect length and love the color but I don’t know the name of the girl but she did an awesome job and going back in two weeks to get eyebrows done and a fill can’t wait yay finally found a place out here that knows what to do!!

i normally don’t leave reviews, i don’t really care to, but this is my 4th time at this place so i figured i should leave one lol. i absolutely love this place, it’s perfect for introverts, me and the nail tech didn’t talk much, we just listened to our own podcasts or music or whatever, i really enjoyed my time here today ! i got my nails done for prom and they turned out amazing, im always going here whenever i need my nails done ❤️🫶

Bad customer service long wait time even though I had an appointment. Overpriced compared to the last exact same procedure. I had done I left a tip but I won't be back. I'm sure there's somebody that appreciates customers. And the customer clientele from the local people. This place obviously doesn't care. Over 3 hours for a pedicure and a manicure. While everyone else got ahead of me. I sat there with nails wrapped up in foil for over an hour until they were burning. No customer awareness absolutely nothing. After an hour sitting there with foil on my fingernails burning I asked one of the workers to take it off which she did but then I waited another hour to get my nails done while everybody else went ahead to me.
