After hearing about my friend’s great experience at Amelie, I booked an appointment during my lunch break. Unfortunately, my experience didn’t match hers. The good: The complimentary valet was convenient, and my esthetician was very thorough and did an excellent job. The not-so-good: As a referral and first-time customer, I expected a warmer welcome from the front desk. The employee with shorter brunette hair barely looked up from her desk, despite there being no other customers present.
