A&N Hair Salon

What I wanted and what I got. Mind you it took me two years of work. I didn’t realize how bad it was until I got to the car. Tried to get a refund and the owner said it was because I didn’t let her shampoo my hair that’s why it was bad. Hair cut is $25 and if I wanted to go get it fixed somewhere else chances it would be around the same price. Lesson learned I would rather pay $60-$70 for a haircut. I know it’s pricey but at least it would be a good job.

If I would of put 0 star that would have been ok I went there and I ask for a haircut but they did not made the haircut I asked for. They have rude customer service and they were talking in there language and it made me uncomfortable. I would rather go to the hair salon next to the Hong Kong market they do good and be nice they can do any haircut you ask for. I'm never going there in my life. When I was at the paying place where you pay they said how much tip? And I said no tip she made it a big problem just because of a tip🤣 and she was like why no tip I made you good haircut and I said IS not about the haircut is about the customer service and they did garbage service. I would rather tell a homeless guy to give me a haircut.

They are just trying to get the money. On adult they work a little ok but if it’s children they just want to finish the work.

Review for A&N Hair Salon I had a very disappointing experience at A&N Hair Salon. The customer service was poor, and I felt ignored throughout my visit. Staff spent most of the time speaking among themselves in another language, which made me feel uncomfortable and unwelcome as a customer. Instead of focusing on providing attentive service, they seemed disengaged and uninterested in my needs. Overall, the atmosphere was unprofessional, and the lack of courtesy left me with a negative impression. Based on this experience, I would not recommend A&N Hair Salon to others who expect respectful and customer-focused service.

I brought my daughter in the morning. Owner is this saloon who is appears look like she doesn’t know that how to behave with kids. She is rude. Even she doesn’t speak well. Nobody can’t understand her actions as well. Why does she behaves rude with kids. I was quiet. Bcoz i don’t wanna teach my daughter that how to behave to others if someone has abnormal behavior. Please do not take your kids this saloon. Don’t show your kids her bad behavior. My daughter asked me that why did she behaves rude like very rude. I told her that she might have bad morning at home or somewhere else. I wanna tell them to learn that how to behave safely or respectfully with their customers especially kids. Never ever go again over here. Zero star
